I'm having problems downloading my MP3 files, what should I do? |

Firstly please run through the following check list:
1) make sure you are logged in
2) go to your order history page
3) click on the download button to the right of the track that you wish to download
If you are still having problems try the following:
1) if you are using a mouse with two buttons (all ‘Windows’ and newer ‘Macintosh’ only) , try clicking on the download button with the RIGHT mouse button and selecting the ‘Save Link As’ or ‘Save As’ option
2) Try our zip and download feature. Go to your 'Order History' section on our web site, Select the check box to the left of the MP3s you wish to download, scroll to the bottom of the page and press the 'Zip all checked files' button. After a few seconds a new page will load, this will have a link on it that you can click on to down-load a 'zipped' version of your selected file. Incidentally this is by far the best way to down-load MP3's if you have more than one
3) If you are still having problems try selecting less MP3s on the above option (2)
