How do I download MP3s from your site? |
| Answer |
1. log on to our site.
2. After logging in you should see your shopping basket. Under your name there is a button marked 'Order History', click this once.
3. You should now see your order download page containing any previous orders. To the right are your individual track download buttons.
4.a If you are using a windows based PC, right click on your desired track download button. From the pop up menu select 'Save link as...' or 'Save target as...' (depending on which browser you are using). This will open up a new 'Save As' window. Here you should tell your computer where you want to save your MP3 (normally in a separate music folder in your 'my documents' folder'. Now click the save button on the lower right of this window.
4.b If you are using an Apple Mac, right click on your desired track download button (if you have a two button mouse) or holding the apple key down and clicking at the same time. Either of these actions should bring up a drop down menu, from which you should select the option 'Save File As...' (or words to that effect, it varies depending on which browser your using!). From here you should be able to save the file to where ever you wish on your computer and rename it if you wish to. Now click the save button on the lower right of this window.
5. Wait for the track to finish downloading to your computer
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all your tracks.
7. Open your preferred music playing application or CD Burning Application and load your newly downloaded tracks into it.
