Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions
Chandos loyalty points are earned when you spend £1 or more from either chandos.net or theclassicalshop.net. For each pound that you spend you gain 1 loyalty point. Each loyalty point is worth 10p at checkout. You must have a minimum of 5 loyalty points available to use them.
How to use your loyalty points:
When you are at the checkout stage of your order, if you have 5 or more loyalty points on your account, you will be given the opportunity to 'cash in' some or all of your loyalty points. There will be a 'drop down' list showing money off values that you can claim off the current order. The list is populated in 50p/£1 increments up to the maximum allowed value for this current order or the maximum points available on your account, whichever is the smaller.
When you select the amount from the drop down list, this amount will be deducted from your order total.
Please note that this system is a replacement for the 'old' loyalty points system. If you had loyalty points on the old system they have been transferred to the new system automatically. Chandos retains the right to change/remove the loyalty points system at any time.
Security
We recognise that security is one of the major concerns
for the shopper during an online transaction. So we
use 'WorldPay' who use state of the art security tools
and techniques to ensure that you are protected against
online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably
more secure than a card transaction conducted in a
shop, over the telephone or by fax - because WorldPay
ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted
using complex logarithm methods. For more information

Delivery times
Chandos will aim to process all order within 5 working
days of receipt. Providing the product is in stock
delivery in the UK should be within 7 working days
of despatch, Europe within 14 working days of despatch,
and USA and rest of the world within 14 working days
of despatch.
'Out of Stock' items
From time to time items go out of stock. Chandos will
use its resources to ensure items are not out of stock
for more than two weeks. Sometimes manufacturing difficulties
beyond our control mean that items may be unavailable
for longer periods. For more detailed information

Cooling-off period
New legislation allows you to return internet purchases
within seven days and to receive a refund of the
CD price provided it is still shrink-wrapped.
